I will be undertaking my first journey in modding games by creating the Admin 6 scenario for Shadows of Forbidden Gods.
WHAT IS IT
ADMIN 6
Admin 6 will be the first God I will be working on. His playstyle will be focused on spreading his Shadow (corruption) across the soysphere. The higher concentration of his Shadow on a point of interest (a city, a village, a castle, etc.), the easier time the agents will have infiltrating it. Heroes (Jannies) and Rulers (well-known namecaca) can also gain Shadow by staying in places where the Shadow level is high. Enshadowed Rulers and Heroes will ignore calls to join an alliance against you, and will not try to stop Admin 6's corruption from taking over the Soysphere. If you enshadow a Capital city, you can use the Captain Coal agent to usurp the ruler and create a Dark Empire that worships Admin 6. This Dark Empire can go to war on his behalf, and begin destroying the forces of good trying to save the Soysphere. Eventually, the final seal will break, and the Four Horsemen of the Soypocalypse will be unleashed upon the world. They will move to random squares and raze points of interest that are not shadowed, until all that remains are ruins. You will be able to use a power to suggest they all go to a certain area to raze it and kill the armies sent against you as well. But it is not all doom and gloom for the Soysphere. Admin Thrembo will be selected at the beginning of the game from any one of the Jannies, to be the Chosen One. Admin Thrembo's sole duty in life is to warn the world of the coming Soypocalypse, and organize all the nations against Admin 6. He will meet with leaders, cleanse Admin 6's Shadow from locations and Jannies, kill his agents, and seal Admin 6 away forever if the world panic gets too high. The world panic rises depending on the actions of your agents, so the Admin 6 player must be sneaky enough to not scare the world into uniting against him too early! You can also kill Admin Thrembo, but a new Admin Thrembo will be called to be the Chosen One after a number of turns, so he will always find a way to be a thorn in your side.
CAN I HELP?
Yes. The game doesn't contain too many parts so it should be very easy to mod, but there are drawn portraits and text that needs altered to fit our community. Most of the portraits will be sourced from the booru, but Enshadowed Rulers and Heroes will need a corrupted portrait of themselves to go with their standard 'jak. There are also many random events that happen to your units and to the world which will need rewritten as well. I will ask for help every now and again should I need some. I want to make this as fun as possible, and so I'd rather not cut corners. If Admin 6 comes out and it's fun, I might sidestep to a false savior who claims to stand against the growing Shadow of Admin 6, but is actually behind the Shadow, as well as his own "Holy" light that will "save"(enslave) the party. Stay tuned folks.
